As the Group Head of IHC operations, Lisa is responsible for the Responsive Repairs, M&E, Voids and Business Support teams. She has recently implemented an end to end repairs solution which included the implementation of repairs scheduling systems, mobile technology and online repair services.

Chris & Karen will be talking about their digital self service journey and their wider NextGen strategy. In the 8 months since launch, their MyYarlington customer portal has been setting a high standard for self service, including: 11,000+ logins per month, 75% of households registered, 87% of available repairs reported online and 50% reduction in inbound calls.
